Remove all furniture, debris, rocks, sticks, etc. from the space. Create an access point for the equipment to be delivered. 

Yes, we encourage adults to support and supervise children (without shoes). Adults may not sit or play on the equipment. 

Our team will handle the set up & breakdown of party rentals. We'll handle the tough stuff so you can sit back, relax, & enjoy!

Our equipment and balls are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use. We clean with non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner. Cleaning products kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. 

Yes! Outdoor parties are absolutely fine. With that said, our equipment cannot be setup in direct sunlight when the outside temperature exceeds 70 degrees, (for the safety of the children) therefore a pavilion or canopy is suggested. If you are hosting your event at a park or event center, it is your responsibility to verify our equipment is allowed on the premises.

**We can assist you with renting a pavilion/canopy  for an additional charge, upon request.

$100 Booking fee to secure the date (non-refundable). The booking fee goes toward service. 

Cancellations are non-refundable; funds can be applied to a future rental/date if available.

Please have an alternate option for inclement weather; reschedule only.

Our rentals will not be rented in the rain or in excessively windy weather conditions. Our rentals will not be setup outside if there is a 50% or greater chance of rain between setup time and the end of your event. It is suggested that an alternative location is secured in case of inclement weather. We do not allow package downgrades for inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. 

Yes, each child must be monitored during use of equipment to ensure a safe experience. Our attendant on site is NOT responsible for supervision of children.
